These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Radio.co Marketplace (the “Marketplace”) hosted on the Podia platform.
By purchasing or accessing any course, sound package, or download via this Marketplace, you agree to these Terms as well as Podia’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
References to “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to Radio.co, operated by Radio.co (UK) Ltd, an authorised Reseller of certain products licensed by Little Monster Media Ltd (“LMM”, the “Licensor”).
References to “you” refer to the customer, licensee, or student accessing the Marketplace.
The Marketplace and all associated account management, payment processing, and digital delivery are provided via the Podia platform.
Your use of Podia is also subject to its own terms and conditions.
Radio.co is not responsible for any outages, payment issues, or technical failures originating from Podia or its third-party payment processors.
The Marketplace currently offers two main product categories:
These are licensed audio products — including sound effects, music beds, artist voice recordings, and podcast kits — supplied by Radio.co as Reseller of content owned or licensed by Little Monster Media Ltd.
All such purchases are governed by the LMM Packages: Licence Terms & Conditions (Reseller Edition) included in Section 7 below.
You must review and agree to those terms before purchasing or using any Package.
Courses, videos, and other educational materials are provided for informational and training purposes only.
By purchasing or accessing a course, you agree:
Not to redistribute, resell, or publicly share the course materials.
To use them solely for personal or internal business development.
That Radio.co does not guarantee specific outcomes, certifications, or commercial results from course participation.
Access to courses is provided via Podia. Radio.co may withdraw, replace, or update course content at any time for maintenance, compliance, or quality reasons.
All payments are processed securely through Podia and its third-party payment providers.
Pricing is listed in USD (or local currency where applicable) and may vary by region.
Unless otherwise stated:
Digital downloads are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Courses may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20 % of the material.
Refund requests must be made via help@radio.co.
Refunds outside these terms are handled at Radio.co’s sole discretion.
All content available on this Marketplace — including audio, video, scripts, text, and other materials — is protected by copyright and intellectual-property laws.
Purchases grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content in accordance with the applicable licence (see Section 7).
You may not:
Resell, distribute, or share the content publicly.
Remove copyright notices or alter branding.
Claim ownership of any portion of the Marketplace content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radio.co (UK) Ltd and its licensors shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Any loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Any technical faults or delays caused by Podia or third-party services.
Your use of the Marketplace is at your own risk.
All content is provided “as is” and without warranty, express or implied.
Purchases of any LMM Packages — including sound libraries, imaging kits, artist voice recordings, music beds, or podcast kits — are governed by the Little Monster Media Ltd: Licence Terms & Conditions (Reseller Edition).
By purchasing or using these materials, you agree to the following key conditions:
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Package for a single Medium (radio station, podcast, show, website, advertisement, or similar outlet).
You may not redistribute, resell, or share the materials beyond your licensed Medium.
You must comply with all performing-rights obligations (PRS, ASCAP, BMI, SOCAN, etc.) in your territory.
Radio.co and Little Monster Media Ltd retain full ownership of all intellectual-property rights in the materials.
Packages are supplied “as is” with no warranties or guarantees.
A breach of these terms will terminate your licence immediately.
The full text of the LMM Packages Reseller Licence is provided below.
1. Licence Grant
In consideration of payment and subject to clause 9 (Termination), the Licensor, through the Reseller, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Package from the date you are provided with access for use on your selected Medium indefinitely, within the permitted territories supplied with the Package.
You may make backup copies as necessary and must prevent unauthorised copying or distribution.
2. Payment
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and rights-clearance fees associated with your use. All payments are made via the Reseller and are non-refundable once access is granted.
3. Medium Definition
Each licence covers one Medium (for example, a single radio station, podcast, programme, advertisement, or event). Use on additional Mediums requires a separate licence.
4. Podcast Kits (if applicable)
Podcast Kit Packages are licensed according to tier:
Personal Kit: educational, non-profit, or private podcast use (≤ 250 attendees).
Pro Kit: business or corporate podcasts, training, or promotional video use (≤ 500 attendees).
Elite Kit: commercial, monetised, sponsored, broadcast, or large-event use (> 500 attendees).
Each Kit may only be used for one podcast or series.
5. Access & Platform Use (Podia)
Access and delivery are managed via the Podia platform. Podia’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply. The Reseller is not liable for outages or delivery issues caused by Podia.
6. Ownership
All intellectual-property rights in the Package belong to the Licensor or its rights holders. You acquire no ownership beyond this licence.
7. Restrictions & Clearances
You may not modify, remix, or repurpose the Package without written consent.
You are responsible for securing and paying for any additional clearances, and for logging usage with the relevant performing-rights organisations (PRS, ASCAP, BMI, SOCAN, etc.).
You warrant that your use will not be defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.
8. Artist Recordings (if applicable)
Artist recordings are provided solely for use in music imaging, branded intros, podcasts, advertisements, or similar broadcast applications. They may not be resold or shared outside your licensed Medium.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this licence for material breach. Upon termination, you must delete all copies and cease all use.
10. Updates & Claims
The Licensor may request removal or revision of Package content. If an infringement claim arises, the Licensor may secure your continued right, modify the Package, replace it, or terminate the licence.
11. Limitation of Liability
Neither the Licensor (Little Monster Media Ltd) nor the Reseller (Radio.co) shall be liable for indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from your use of the Package.
You indemnify both parties against losses caused by your breach of these terms.
12. No Warranties
Packages are provided “as is” without any implied warranties of quality or fitness for purpose.
13. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement for your use of the Package.
14. Third-Party Rights
The Licensor (Little Monster Media Ltd) and the Reseller (Radio.co) are intended third-party beneficiaries and may enforce these terms.
15. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by English law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information within Podia and keeping your login credentials secure.
Radio.co and Podia reserve the right to suspend or revoke access in cases of misuse, infringement, or suspicious activity.
Radio.co may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this page.
Your continued use of the Marketplace signifies acceptance of any revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Where applicable, Podia’s own terms may be governed by the laws of New York, USA.
